I spotted both these beauties today! Gonna try and make it a recurring segment since I know oppo loves them!
First we have the amazing Buick Riviera with a pool table felt green top! The wheels are a nice touch!
Next this lovely brown on beige Mercury Sable.
That’s all for today. But stay tuned! Living in a retirement town with a median age of 68 means the streets are flooded with these magnificent luxury statements.

The first one is impressive (actually a Riv, FYI) - they put a lot of effort into making it look like it was actually a convertible. Must have cost fairly good $. I don't see many of these anymore — but when I do, they're almost always on Caddys.

Perfect.
Looks like 80% of the people in my town!

Thanks for the correction. Knew what I wanted to say but messed up lol
I’m assuming it was actually expensive and cared for by the first owner. The wheels tell me it’s been passed down now to a younger person who doesn’t care at all about it.
What’s sad is I barely see it on Cadillacs here (I did see a CTS coupe with one though. That was funny)

"Welcome to Cloud City, have some Colt 45." (my grandmother is 94, lives in FL, and drives an '89 Buick with a FACTORY Landau top. Hells yeah.)

I bet you’re right about that car’s ownership history.
I always scratch my head when someone takes a car that’s supposed to be aerodynamically clean and does this. I’m a child of the 70s and 80s when damn near everything had a vinyl roof but this just feels weird.
